4. Products & Pricing

4.1 Product Description

We strive to display products as accurately as possible including images, specifications and prices. For variable products, price depends on selected variation (color, size, storage). The final price shown after selecting variation is the applicable price.

4.2 Pricing Errors

In case of obvious pricing error (e.g. ₦100 for a ₦100,000 item), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you fully.

4.3 Price Changes

Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time without notice, but change will not affect already confirmed orders.

5. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an item in cart does not reserve it. Order is confirmed only after payment confirmation and order confirmation email/WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, violation of terms, or payment failure.
• Order cancellation request must be made within 2 hours of placing order before processing.

6. Payments

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept secure payment via Paystack, Flutterwave, Bank Transfer and approved gateways. All payments are encrypted via SSL.

6.2 Payment Confirmation

Orders are processed only after full payment or approved Pay Small Small deposit is confirmed.

6.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails, order will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

Delivery timelines, fees and coverage are detailed in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order you agree to that policy. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, strikes or force majeure.

9. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Electronic items carry manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse.

10. Prohibited Uses

• Using our site for unlawful purposes
• Attempting to hack, scrape, copy content or interfere with website security
• Submitting false reviews or fraudulent claims
• Reselling products for commercial purpose without written permission

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably via support. If unresolved, it shall be referred to competent court of jurisdiction.
